Role Overview:

Uqudo is seeking a Business Intelligence and Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Data Analytics, this role will be responsible for creating insightful business intelligence reports, integrating software tools, and leveraging CRM and ERP systems to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of business intelligence reports: Utilize tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau to develop comprehensive and visually appealing business intelligence reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Integrate software tools: Utilize no-code integration tools such as Make and Zapier to integrate software tools and automate data workflows, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis processes.
• CRM and ERP systems management: Utilize extensive experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and ERP systems to extract, analyze, and interpret data for business intelligence purposes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Data visualization: Develop interactive and intuitive dashboards and data visualizations to effectively communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Data analysis and interpretation: Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business performance and growth.
• Continuous improvement: Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in business intelligence, data analytics, and technology integration, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance data analytics capabilities and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Experience working within a Series A or above venture-backed company.
• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience with no-code integration tools such as Make and Zapier.
• Extensive experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and ERP systems.
• Experience working with Series A or above venture-backed companies preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
