Uqudo is a leading digital identity company in the EMEA region, dedicated to fostering trust and transparency in an increasingly digital world by building a robust identity layer. With a strong foundation of expertise in national identity programs for governments and regulators, Uqudo has expanded its innovative solutions to serve i.e., banks, telecom companies, insurance providers, fintech companies, startups, and more.
Using advanced digital identity technologies including but not limited to biometrics, liveness detection, NFC-based passport reading, cognitive document analysis, AI, and blockchain, Uqudo provides fast, secure, and seamless onboarding experiences. However, please note that while these solutions are designed to help organizations combat fraud, it is Your responsibility to ensure compliance with know your customer (“KYC”), anti-money laundering (“AML”), and customer due diligence (“CDD”) regulations.
These are the Terms governing the use of Our Services and/or Website and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all Users regarding the use of the Service and/or Website. By agreeing to these Terms, You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to access and utilize the Website solely for the purpose of enjoying the benefits of the Services offered within.
Your access to and use of the Service or Website are conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms in all events in a legitimate and legal manner. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, Users and others who access or use the Services or Website.

- Any funds You deposit with Us originate from legitimate sources and have no connection with any crime. You will not attempt to use the Website for the purpose of any illegal activity including money laundering. You will comply with Our KYC protocols to enable Us to meet Our legal and regulatory obligations, including providing all information We may require verifying Your identity, residential address and origin of funds. Uqudo reserves the right to monitor User actions within the Website while using Our Services and purchasing products to detect and prevent unethical behavior or fraudulent activity.
- You are not insolvent, bankrupt, or subject to any legal restriction limiting Your ability to enter into these Terms and Conditions or make a request for the Services.
- You cannot assign, sell or transfer Your Account to any other third party.

You acknowledge that each Service provided by Uqudo can be accessed independently, and subscribing to one Service does not obligate You to subscribe to others.
User Account
Users must create an Account to access the Website and Services by providing a full name, mobile number, and email address. You represent that all information submitted is true, accurate, and current, and You agree to update it as necessary or requested by Uqudo. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials and for all activities under their Account. Uqudo is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from misuse of Account credentials. Users must notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Accounts are non-transferable, and fraudulent activities, such as impersonation, may result in suspension, termination, or legal action. You may delete Your Account at any time, and We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts at Our sole discretion.
User Content

User’s Obligations
You are required to pay all applicable fees and charges for the Services You use through Uqudo. By using Uqudo’s Services, You authorize Us to deduct any outstanding fees directly from Your designated payment method without prior notice. If Your payment method lacks sufficient funds to cover Your dues, Uqudo reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your Account, either temporarily or permanently. Please note that Account suspension or termination does not release You from Your obligation to settle any unpaid dues. Also, Uqudo reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover any outstanding fees or charges owed to the Company.
User Content License
While You retain full ownership rights in Your User Content, by submitting User Content You grant Uqudo an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, publish, copy, adapt, modify, process, reproduce, transmit, distribute, translate, publicly and privately display and perform, incorporate into other works, and prepare derivative works. This license includes the right to provide the User Content to Our third-party partners or service providers to provide You the Services, subject to Our Terms for the use of such User Content. You represent and warrant that You have all rights, power, and authority to grant all the rights pertaining to Your User Content as outlined in these Terms.
You acknowledge that You are not entitled to any compensation for granting this license.
Advertisements
The Services and/or Website may include advertisements, some of which may be targeted based on the information on the Website, Your queries made, or other data or information submitted by You or others. Termination
