As a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant at Uqudo, your main role and tasks will involve diving deep into understanding our customers’ ID verification (IDV) and Know Your Customer (KYC) needs, proposing innovative solutions to address their specific requirements. You will showcase the power of our technology through engaging demonstrations and oversee successful pilots and trials to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with our Sales and Accounts Team, you will craft compelling proposals that align perfectly with customer requirements. Your ability to stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and adapting to the evolving landscape of Uqudo and competitor technologies will be crucial in delivering the best solutions to our customers. Additionally, you will cultivate meaningful relationships with technical stakeholders across various roles, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- In-depth Understanding of Customer Needs: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our customers’ IDV and KYC needs, analysing their requirements and pain points. Propose innovative and tailored solutions that effectively address their specific challenges.
- Engaging Demonstrations and Pilot Oversight: Showcase the power of our technology through engaging demonstrations, highlighting its capabilities and benefits. Oversee successful pilots and trials, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Crafting Compelling Proposals: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Accounts Team to craft compelling proposals that align perfectly with customer requirements. Clearly articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of our solutions.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning about the latest advancements in IDnow and competitor technologies. Adapt your knowledge and expertise to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our customers.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate meaningful relationships with technical stakeholders across various roles within customer organisations. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment, becoming a trusted advisor and building long-term partnerships.
- In-depth Knowledge of ID Verification and KYC: Demonstrated expertise and experience in ID verification and KYC processes. Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development, cloud computing, and related technologies. Familiarity with digital solutions, SaaS, and APIs is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated Presentational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging demonstrations and presentations. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-centric Approach: Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into innovative solutions. Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Proactive and self-driven with a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies and industry trends.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Accounts, Product Development, and Support. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
