Job Description: As the Head of Sales for our identity verification solutions in the MENA region, you will spearhead our sales efforts, driving both new business generation and account management to achieve substantial revenue growth. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader who can effectively manage and scale teams, while implementing robust sales strategies aligned with our organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, scale and motivate a high-performing sales team, comprising both new business development and account management professionals.
- Execute comprehensive go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding existing business through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Utilize existing network and personal connections to open doors and facilitate business opportunities for the sales team, actively engaging in lead generation and client acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging and effective lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the B2B SaaS enterprise sector, particularly within the identity verification space in the MENA region, including financial services, telecommunications, and other relevant industries.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging market insights and industry trends to refine sales strategies and enhance customer value propositions.
- Champion a culture of excellence, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment within the sales organization.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS enterprise sales, with extensive experience, ideally in the identity verification sector within the MENA region.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale both new business and account management teams, driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and empowering sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
