Job Description: As the Senior Channel Partner Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through strategic partnerships and alliances. Leveraging your extensive experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales, particularly within the identity verification space in the MENA region, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our channel partners to maximise revenue opportunities and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances, to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities and develop joint go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, providing support, training, and resources to enable their success in promoting and selling our identity verification solutions.
- Utilise existing network and personal connections to open doors and facilitate business opportunities for channel partners, actively engaging in lead generation and client acquisition efforts.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and collaboration in executing partner initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse partner performance, providing regular updates and insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimise partnership outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying potential threats and opportunities to enhance our channel partner program.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS enterprise sales, with extensive experience in managing channel partner relationships, preferably within the identity verification space in the MENA region.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to execute joint go-to-market strategies, driving revenue growth through effective collaboration and partnership initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, capable of identifying and capitalising on market opportunities to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
Reporting Structure: The Senior Channel Partner Account Manager will report directly to the Vice President Channel Partners and Alliances.
